SORL Auto Parts Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial vehicle brake systems as well as related auto parts in China, announced that the company has entered into a new agreement to sell more brake systems and other products to Shandong Shifeng Group, one of China's largest agricultural vehicle and light-duty truck producers.
Shandong Shifeng also plans to implement new joint product development programs with SORL to enhance Shifeng's agricultural vehicles and light truck production.
Both sides refused to disclose the deal's value.
